Fireside Ink Writers Workshop is a community where writers of all backgrounds gather to shape and share the essential stories that connect us. Our mission is to bring clarity and warmth to the writing process. We welcome writers at every stage, from first pages to publication, honoring each person’s lived experience as a vital part of our collective understanding.
Join us for a multi-week workshop or stop by one of our regular generative writing sessions where writers can meet and share their work with peers and professional writers alike. We believe that stories are an essential part of our humanity, every one deserves a spark.
Meet the Crew
In the fall of 2024, Loie cold-called Brenda, searching for an ally to create a formal writing community in Boulder. It turned out Brenda had been dreaming of the same thing.
In two short months, Loie and Brenda had started teaching workshops at the Dairy Arts Center and launched a series of community events to find others with the same dream.
Fireside Ink is now a proud project of the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center, a 501[c]3 that allows for tax-deductible donations as we pursue funding to grow our community and support writers from all walks of life.
