December Craft Series

EMBODIMENT w/ Loie Rawding: December 6, 1:00-3:00pm

Let’s explore the 5 senses to create stronger stories! Participants will experiment with bringing the body into their literary practice, discovering new pathways for voice, image, and form.

DIALOGUE w/ Brenda Kahn: December 13, 1:00-3:00pm

Using close readings, guided exercises, and group discussion, participants will practice crafting dialogue that sounds natural while serving the needs of the story.

CHARACTER w/ Brenda Kahn: December 20, 10:00-Noon

Through readings, prompts, and discussion, participants will explore voice, motivation, and complexity, learning techniques to make characters feel both real and unforgettable.
