We hope everyone is having a wonderful summer. Brenda and Loie will be taking the month of July off  to work on their own writing projects and prepare for an exciting fall season! Please contact us if you have anything to share, or have a class or event that you'd love to see happen.

Our next Happy Hour Draft Exchange will be August 7. This Donation-Based event is a low-key workshop in which each person brings 2-3 pages to share with the group and receive immediate feedback. Seating is limited, sign up ASAP!

 

We are also excited to announce our inaugural Teen Writing Summer Camp, in partnership with The New Local on West Pearl St. Designed for ages 15-18, this camp will feature exploration of poetry, fiction, and non-fiction as well as literary games designed to spark your creative voice. August 4-7, 1:00 - 4:30pm
